Declined when using vanilla visa gift card online?
I recently bought a 0 visa vanilla card. I registered my card on the site and everything (i registered my address and name) Every time i try to make an online purchase, i get declined. Can anyone help me with this?
I have had several clients try to use the vanilla with me and it wouldn’t go through because there is apparently a 24 hour hold period that they often don’t tell you about. Call the 800 number on the back and ask customer service to check into it. Next time try a different brand of the re-chargeable card. American Express, or Green Dot, etc. I think the one I had the most trouble with was the vanilla.
